The Department of Anesthesiology at Prayag Hospital is the backbone of our surgical services. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive peri-operative care, which includes pre-surgical evaluation, intra-operative administration of anesthesia/sedation, and post-operative pain management.
Our team of highly qualified and experienced anesthesiologists uses the latest workstations, advanced monitoring systems, and precise drug delivery protocols to ensure the highest safety standards. We cater to all surgical specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, and Laparoscopic surgeries.
In addition to surgical support, our department plays a crucial role in the management of critically ill patients in the ICU and providing painless delivery (labor analgesia) services. We also run a specialized Pain Management Clinic to help patients suffering from chronic pain.
